We will send your orders to the delivery address that is stated at checkout. Unfortunately we are not liable for any loss if the address is incorrect, please ensure the delivery address is correct. At checkout, we request your contact details, this will allow the courier services to contact you if needed.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy from the day of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging.
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, you can contact us at info@qabiso.com. Qabiso will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive them and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure a satisfactory customer service. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once returns are received and accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Qabiso will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
